The Light Between is a place to Just Be. By sharing Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom, philosophy and principles, we teach, encourage and practice union of the body, mind and spirit, while honoring Nature. The Light Between is a fun place to learn practicing mindfulness, yoga, pranayama and meditation. Making those practices part of our daily life will help us heal and restore balance in our physical body and bring peace in our heart. Peace that we can share with the world around us .
